Sample Yoga Exercise Sequence

You may be wondering what the movement parts of sessions might be like. This will be customized to you, but will still mostly follow yoga sequencing and guidelines. The sequence below would be for anyone who has been sedentary for more than 7 days and finds too much movement to be exhausting. The sequence focuses on introducing gentle movement back into your routine. Do the sequence all in one sitting, break it into sections, or even repeat it.
